Expanded purpose
So I realized we all need more fitness in our lives. I want all my friends and family and their friends and family who have weight to lose or muscle or endurance to build to join me. I think we can make this a huge social experiment and if we get 200 people to lose 1.75 pounds a week for 12 weeks then we will have lost over 2 TONS of weight!. Who can't lose 1.75 pounds a week? All you have to lose is weight! Come on - Follow this blog - take the plunge with us, and LOSE THE WEIGHT - with the help and support of friends and family. . . If nothing else you will get some great tips (The masses have good ideas), healthy recipes (ones that you can actually make AND stomach AND fees to your kids!!). I hope I am not over-stepping, but since we are supposed to start in 4 days - we should probably start with recipes - meal planning is definitely an important start.
