Simple Rules

The rules for this experiment are simple - Share your workout; Share your progress; Share pictures if you want to; ENCOURAGEMENT is necessary (to give and receive); Share recipes (links work REALLY well).

The BIGGEST thing is that you have to eat breakfast every day. You also need to eat 6 small meals a day and stop eating by 9pm (or 2 hours before bedtime which ever is earlier).

Those are my rules - what other rules are you guys bringing to the table?

  1. Eat enough to be sated, but not enough to where you feel stuffed. This not only makes for a more gratifying meal experience (since you don't feel like you're going to explode just by breathing in too deeply) but it also gives you more energy, which is what food is supposed to do!

  2. Lean Protein - is what your muscles need to regenerate/repair after exercise... I try to have a protein ever time I eat...

  3. Make the rules your own!!! Do what works best for you and then TWEAK it - and tell us what's working and not working!
